The Taidea 2000/10000 Whetstone is a double sided waterstone designed for sharpening, refining and polishing knife edges. The combination of 2000 and ultra fine 10000 grit surfaces makes it particularly suited to maintaining quality knives and achieving a very fine finished edge.
Made from high grade corundum, the large 200 x 80mm stone provides plenty of working surface, while the silica gel base helps keep the stone secure during sharpening.
