Guarantee

All items purchased from Riders Sports are new unless stated otherwise. Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. If you discover any issues, contact us straight away. Do not use the goods. Retain all packaging, documentation, and proof of purchase.

Payments
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. All online payments are processed securely via Windcave. Riders Sports does not store or record your full credit card details.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
Our aim is to dispatch orders so they arrive within 1–3 working days from receipt of payment. Delivery times may be longer for rural addresses, during peak periods, public holidays, or if items are not currently in stock. If an item is not in stock and needs to be sourced from a supplier, we will notify you by email. Orders are processed Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays). No deliveries occur on weekends.
At this time, we ship to New Zealand addresses only.
If your parcel appears overdue, please contact us with your order details and we will initiate a Track & Trace enquiry.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our Kaitaia store. Some items may not be held onsite. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Purchases
Goods will be supplied in saleable condition and include relevant packaging, manuals, warranty information (where applicable), and a packing slip confirming your order.

Firearms & Ammunition
Firearms and ammunition are not sold online. All firearms and ammunition purchases must be completed in store.

Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged, contact us immediately for instructions. Do not attempt to use, repair, or alter damaged or faulty items.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been packed or dispatched, a handling and administration fee of up to 10% may apply.

Returns of Goods
Returned items must be unused and in original, complete packaging. Used goods cannot be returned for credit.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, we are not required to accept returns for change of mind. At our discretion, an exchange or store credit may be offered in place of a refund.

Pricing
Prices are correct at the time of publication but may change due to supplier price fluctuations or errors. Online pricing and promotions may differ from in-store pricing and are subject to change without notice.

Typographical Errors
While we take care to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. Riders Sports reserves the right to correct pricing or product description errors. All products and prices are listed in good faith.
