The lightweight and rigid CI4+ construction keeps weight down without sacrificing strength, while Shimano's AR-C Spool assists with smooth line flow and casting performance. S A-RB shielded bearings provide additional protection against salt and sand, and the One Piece Bail helps reduce friction and the chance of line catching around the bail arm.
