The Egginton P202 Professional Butchers Steel is designed for maintaining and refining the edge of your knives. The 300mm round steel is made from high carbon chrome vanadium steel, hardened to 64 Rockwell C and hard chrome plated for durability.
The Super Fine #5 cut makes it ideal for regular edge maintenance, while the non absorbent white polypropylene handle can be sterilised for hygienic use. A 38mm guard provides added hand protection and the stainless steel hanging ring makes storage easy.
